To help make your holiday season sparkle, please keep these important dates in mind.

Christmas Custom Design

November 1Last day to place new custom jewelry orders for Christmas.

November 15All Christmas custom designs must receive final customer approval.

Jewelry Repairs

November 25Christmas jewelry repair cutoff.

Repairs received after November 25 will be scheduled for completion in January.

Week of December 14Repairs accepted by the cutoff are expected to be ready for pickup.

New ring purchases requiring sizing: Please speak with our team about sizing and completion timelines. Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed without confirmation.

Jewelry Appraisals

November 15Last day to accept new jewelry appraisals before Christmas.

Appraisals requested after this date will be scheduled beginning in January.
