TJ Warranty
It is the TJ promise that your jewelry is delivered free of quality defects. We do our best to guarantee that your pieces arrive perfect. Should your piece arrive with a defect, please reach out to us at jenna@jeweler13.com so we can get this taken care of for you!
We stand behind the quality of our pieces. Tillis Jewelry offers a complimentary 1-Year limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within the US. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose accent diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps and/or broken soft chain. Within the first year of purchase, Tillis Jewelry will correct any manufacturing or quality-related problems at no cost. Outside of 1 year from the date of purchase/delivery, TJ will happily inspect and repair your pieces for a fee, determined after assessment by our Jewelers. Once a fee is determined, someone from TJ will contact you to collect payment. Vintage and Estate items are excluded from this warranty.
This warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, stretched or kinked chains, misshapen bands, lost center stones, or missing or cracked stones. Center stones and any stones or materials provided by you for use in a custom item are excluded from warranty. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty.
